Freshman
  1. Upon joining there is a grace period of 15 days, before promoted to member.
  2. Membership into the guild is not a gift, it is earned and neither can it be bought.
  3. Guild freshmen who have been inactive int he guild for 14 consecutive days, or excessive inactivity will be expelled from the guild or remain as a freshman pending an officers review.
  4. Any infraction of the guild rules or code of conduct during your time as a freshman will be cause for immediate expulsion from the guild.

Member Alternate  
Member
  1. All members should treat each other as friends
  2. No verbal abuse or fighting within the guild
  3. All members are given basic rights to
    - Use the guild as a medium to sell their items
    - Seek for aid to complete their quests
    - Ask for help (directions, quests, etc.)
  4. Under NO circumstances a guild member shall blame another guild member for failing to help him/her.
  5. We are not a KS or PK guild. KS'ing and PK'ing can be cause for Expulsion, and is most highly not encouraged.
  6. Guild members who have been inactive, (or not logged on) for 30 days will be bumped down to Freshman status and an INACTIVE tag placed in their guild notes.
  7. You will receive a warning of your Inactive status, if you do not reply within 15 days, you will be expelled from the guild.
  8. If your character has been bumped to Freshman status for inactivity but you would like to become an active member of the guild again, please speak with an officer or the leader on resuming an active rank!

Guild Officer To qualify for Officer rank, a member should remain in the guild for a long term basis. Determination for a Guild Officer is based on an individuals social behavior, participation in game activities and guild events, expeditions, boss fights, guild member related activities, and dispute resolution.

Guild Presbyter
  1. Presbyter is a member of the guild with higher authority. Presbyters must adhere to the rules set for the member as well as rules set for the Officer.
  2. As a Presbyter, you are given the power to invite members and use the guild notice.
  3. You are free to use the guild notice in any way, as long as you do not break the rules stated under Members.
  4. Presbyters are free to invite any new person into the guild, or any good friend of any level, without approval by the guild Leader.
  5. Presbyter shall not expel any Officer or higher-ranked member of the guild without the guild leader's permission. Failure to compromise will result in the Presbyter being given a warning and subsequently demoted to an Officer.
  6. Presbyters are also given the power to organize events of their own. (Guild Party Quests, Boss fights, expeditions etc.) Use the Guild notice to broadcast your event, stating clearly: What it is, Where it will be held at, What time, The Date, and who will you need(optional).
  7. Presbyters shall not play with the member ranks. If caught a first warning will be given, followed by a demotion.
  8. Presbyters are selected by the Guild Leader only.

Guild Leader

As the Guild Leader, it is my responsibility to ensure continued operation of the guild.
To provide structure and growth through officer input and planning.
To act as "first among equals" in all situations involving the democratic process.
Just as the Presbyter and Officers have accepted a great responsibility to the guild and all of its' members equally;
I am directly responsible for guild long term goals, and overall guild vision, as well as planning the means to obtain them.
