Eternal Defender members will treat all players in the game with respect and show good sportsmanship.

The following actions will not be tolerated by the guild.

Kill Stealing ♦ unwarrented PK'ing without provocation  outside of designated PvP zones. The use of bots, or any activities forbidden by the (EULA) of Talisman Online, will result in a perminate ban from our ranks.

Eternal Defender members will only use English and not use foul language or verbally assault another player. In addition, racist, sexist, and bigoted behavior will result in immediate removal from the guild.

Eternal Defender members will strive for an enjoyable gaming experience. Disputes between guild members will not be aired in the World chat or Guild Chat channels. Members involved in disputes with other members should seek out an officer to help settle disputes. Members disruptive to the enjoyment of the guild will be removed.

You have the right to free speech.

However, it is expected this right will be used wisely and in accordance with the guilds code of conduct.

You have a right to due process.

This means full-members (Member and above) are accorded a full review of any grievances brought against them and that decisions on the membership will not be made arbitrarily by a single person.

You have a right to know what is happening in your guild.

With the exceptions of any incidents which involve another members personal real life, as deemed applicable by any Presbyter or Guild Leader.

You have a right to a drama free guild.

Amendments to this document All changes to this charter require a vote by a majority of the officers. This rule is absolute.
